Customer Support Agent at ENGin

  • We are hiring a Customer Support Agent at ENGin. This person will be responsible for supporting the team with many aspects of program operations:

  •  

  • Providing high-quality support to students and volunteers via email and chat

  • Updating participant information on our own online platform

  • Prioritizing support requests and escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Providing participants with step-by-step written troubleshooting instructions

  • Assist in testing and resolving technical issues


  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • High English fluency, at least B2

  • Ukrainian language proficiency - native speaker

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective work in stressful situations and good time management skills

  • Willingness to take on challenges and grow every day

  • High attention to detail

  • Commitment of at least 1 year

  • Workload 40 hours/week

  • Very flexible (each week is different, and evenings/some weekends are required) 

  • Share our mission

  • Team player: willing to collaborate with the team closely

  •  

  • Experience with Zendesk or similar request processing systems, and working/volunteering in an NGO, would be an advantage.
