Customer Support Agent at ENGin

We are hiring a Customer Support Agent at ENGin. This person will be responsible for supporting the team with many aspects of program operations:

Providing high-quality support to students and volunteers via email and chat
-
Updating participant information on our own online platform
-
Prioritizing support requests and escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams
-
Providing participants with step-by-step written troubleshooting instructions
-
Assist in testing and resolving technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:
-
High English fluency, at least B2
-
Ukrainian language proficiency - native speaker
-
1+ year of experience in customer support
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Effective work in stressful situations and good time management skills
-
Willingness to take on challenges and grow every day
-
High attention to detail
-
Commitment of at least 1 year
-
Workload 40 hours/week
-
Very flexible (each week is different, and evenings/some weekends are required)

Experience with Zendesk or similar request processing systems, and working/volunteering in an NGO, would be an advantage.
